The absurd comedy manga“Welcome to Magical Girl Village (Illegal Occupation)”is set to be adapted into a short anime series, with each episode lasting just one minute. The series will consist of 13 episodes and is scheduled to air on Kansai TV (Kantele) starting April 3rd at 3:15 AM. Plot Overview
The original work by Gingham follows the story of a 43-year-old salaryman named Tomakomai, who transforms into an immortal magical girl after suffering from workplace harassment. However, this transformation leads to significant chaos around him. The narrative explores Tomakomai’s life as he seeks refuge in the“Magical Girl Village,”where various magical girls support each other while dealing with their unique circumstances. The manga is currently serialized on Gingham’s social media and has 11 volumes available in digital format.
