About Fire Force
“Fire Force” is set in a world where ordinary people suddenly ignite and transform into fire monsters known as “Infernals,” causing widespread fear due to the phenomenon of spontaneous human combustion. The story follows Shinra Kusakabe, a boy labeled as a “devil” due to a childhood incident involving a fire. Aspiring to become a hero, he joins a special fire brigade to confront the terror of flames, battling Infernals and uncovering the great secrets of the world in this scorching dark fantasy.
Series Background
The “Fire Force” anime series is based on a popular manga that was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” from 2015 to 2022, with a total of over 20 million copies sold worldwide. The first season, titled “Season 1,” aired in 2019, followed by the second season, “Season 2,” in 2020. The upcoming “Season 3” will be split into two cours, with the first cour airing from April 2025 and the second cour starting in January 2026.
