Story Overview

Jium is a warrior from Universe 10 who faced off against formidable opponents during the Tournament of Power. Despite his ability to fly, he encountered significant challenges. In one notable moment, he was targeted by Android 17, who managed to catch up to him despite Jium’s attempts to escape. With a powerful kick, Android 17 sent Jium crashing down to the stage, demonstrating the fierce competition of the tournament.

In another instance, Jium attempted to ambush Piccolo by dropping Napapa from above, showcasing his strategic thinking. However, he was soon discovered by Android 17 again, who shot him down with an energy wave, leading to Jium being knocked out of the ring along with Napapa and Mechior.

First Appearance

Jium made his debut inDragon Ball SuperEpisode 33.

Fun Fact

While having the ability to fly seems advantageous, the Tournament of Power had specific rules that limited the warriors’ abilities. The stage was controlled to prevent gravity manipulation, which meant that many fighters could not use their flight techniques. Although Jium could fly, the fighters from Universe 7 were capable of jumping to heights that matched his flying capabilities, leveling the playing field.
