Comments from the Directors
Takashi Miike (General Director)
“It is terrifying, but the Nyan-demic can no longer be stopped. The time has come for humanity to dedicate both body and soul to cats. Resistance is futile. Just give in, watch quietly, be petted by soft paws, and find happiness. Everyone involved in this project has become a cat. The voice actors have all become cats too. Next, it will be your turn to become a cat. This is the birth of a hilarious panic anime that will bring joy to everyone living on Earth. Please look forward to it.”
Tomoaki Kamiya (Director)
“I am participating as the director on set under Miike’s guidance. This project has provided me with experiences that I have never encountered in other works, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Not only the main staff but also everyone in each department loves cats, and they have gathered based on their desire to participate in a cat-themed project. It feels like the quality has improved in a mysterious way due to the love for cats. Cats are truly amazing. I believe this work will be a unique anime experience, and I hope everyone enjoys it.”
